A virtual assistant is a remote personal assistant – they can handle anything from correspondence management via website, email or telephone, administration, research, user experience consultancy and copywriting.

The most significant advantage of using a virtual assistant is the lower cost to your business. Unlike traditional employees, we don’t need office space, equipment, sick pay, employer pension contributions, employer NI contributions… the list goes on! We charge a set hourly rate, quoting you in advance for our services so you can manage your finances.
3. So, what do you charge?
In short, £35/hr for our pay as you go service, and £31.50/hr for our retainer packages.
4. What if I want a one-off service?
That’s no problem at all! We are happy to provide pay as you go services, and there is no minimum number of hours.
5. How can I guarantee you’ll be available when I need you?
You can look at our retainer packages here – this guarantees you your allocation of hours per calendar month. By taking a retainer package with us, we can organise a pattern of work with you to suit the needs of your business a month in advance.
6. How can I be sure my information is safe with you?
We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office and all of our practices are fully GDPR compliant.
